ORDERS & SHIPPING
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Shipping's on us, everywhere. Wherever you are, kindness can reach you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Since every piece is made when you order it (not sitting in a warehouse somewhere), please allow 2-4 business days for production, plus shipping time depending on your location. I'll send you tracking as soon as it ships so you can watch it make its way to you!
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Reach out as soon as possible through the Contact page. Because everything is made to order, I can only make changes before production starts but I'll always try my best if tell me in time.
SIZING & PRODUCT
What sizes do you offer?
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering, sizes are listed in Imperial and Metric. Every piece is a bit different so I recommend measuring a shirt you already own and love the fit of, then comparing it to the chart. If you want a more oversized look and feel, I recommend going up 1-2 sizes.
What are your shirts made of?
Heavyweight, skin-friendly cotton with some shirts featuring some polyester to make the printed design last longer. Everything is made to feel as good as the message it's carrying.
Will the print fade or crack after washing?
Nope! Wash it, love it, wear it again. Just make sure you follow the wash instructions on the product pages to keep the colors as vibrant as day one.
THE MISSION & DONATIONS
How does the $1 donation actually work?
For every single item sold, $1 goes directly to certified mental health organizations. No gimmicks, no fine print, just simple, honest giving built into every purchase.
Which organizations do you donate to?
I choose trusted, certified mental health organizations doing real work on the ground. As we grow, I'm building toward letting our community vote together on where future donations go, so stay tuned.
Can I see how much has been donated so far?
Yes! Head to the Happiness Counter page to see the running total, updated as we go.
Is this a registered charity?
Wear the Kind is a small clothing brand that donates a portion of every sale to mental health organizations. We are not a charity ourselves, just a business trying to do a little good with every shirt sold.
RETURNS & ISSUES
What's your return policy?
Since every item is made to order just for you, we currently don't offer returns for size or preference changes but if something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
My order arrived damaged or wrong, what do I do?
Email us through the Contact page with a photo of the damaged product and a photo of the packaging, include your order number. We read every message ourselves (there's no robotic chatbot here) and we'll sort it out quickly.
ABOUT US
Is this really a one-person business?
Yes! Just me (and my two very cute cats, who mostly supervise and support). Replies might take a little longer than a massive warehouse operation, but you'll always be talking to a real person who actually cares.
