Return and Refund Policy

Every item at Wear the Kind is made to order specifically for you. Because return rights vary by law depending on where you live, this policy is split by region so it's clear exactly what applies to you.

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom

You have the right to cancel your order and return your item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, no explanation needed.

To use this right, contact us at hello@wearthekind.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. You then have an additional 14 days from that notice to send the item back to us.

Please return the item unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. You're welcome to try it on to check size the way you would in a store, but items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage beyond that may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Because we offer free shipping, the direct cost of returning an item for a change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

For customers in all other regions (including the United States, Canada, and Australia)

Because each item is printed and produced specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or minor variations in color or print placement that can naturally occur in the printing process. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

For everyone, everywhere: defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Regardless of your region, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, this isn't a standard return, it's on us, not you. Contact us at hello@wearthekind.com with a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery, and we'll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund, your choice.

Cancellations before shipping

If you want to cancel or change your order before it enters production, contact us at hello@wearthekind.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be changed. For EU and UK customers, your 14-day return right above still applies once you receive the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method, depending on your region as outlined above.
